Cold showers, a rumbling tank, a pilot light that won't stay lit, or a tankless unit throwing an error code — a failing water heater rarely fixes itself, and most failures give warning signs first. Our Ault technicians diagnose both tank and tankless systems on the first visit.
Our Ault technicians are trained across both fuel types and both system designs, not specialized in just one.
Trucks stocked with common water heater parts are staged across Ault for same-day response.
We quote the visit and the probable repair range upfront, then confirm the exact price after diagnosis.
If a repair doesn't make financial sense on an aging unit, we'll say so and give you real numbers on replacement instead of patching something near the end of its life.
From a simple pilot light relight to a full heating element replacement, our technicians carry the parts most repairs need on the truck.
Failed heating elements, faulty thermostats, and leaking T&P valves are diagnosed and repaired on standard tank units.
Error codes, flow sensor issues, and scale buildup in tankless units get diagnosed with manufacturer-specific tools.
We test the thermocouple and gas valve together, since a weak pilot can point to either component.
A corroded anode rod left unreplaced accelerates tank failure — we check and replace it as part of a full service visit.
A leaking tank fitting or failed temperature-and-pressure relief valve gets repaired before it becomes a bigger water loss.
A total loss of hot water gets same-day priority dispatch, especially in colder months.
Tell dispatch the brand, fuel type, and symptoms if you know them — it helps route a technician with the right parts.
Trucks stocked for Ault, CO's most common brands mean fewer follow-up visits for parts.
The unit is diagnosed, and you'll get a clear repair price — or an honest replacement recommendation if the unit's beyond economical repair.
The repair is completed and tested for proper temperature and pressure, backed by a written parts-and-labor warranty.

We serve Ault proper and nearby Ault, CO communities on both tank and tankless systems.
Age, extent of the failure, and repair cost relative to a new unit all factor in — we'll give you real numbers on both.
Yes, our Ault technicians are trained and equipped for both fuel types.
That's usually sediment buildup at the bottom of the tank being heated and disturbed — a flush often resolves it.
Most single-component repairs, like a thermocouple or heating element, are completed in under two hours.
Tankless systems need different maintenance than tank units, and our technicians are trained specifically for that.
Not always — sometimes it's a fitting or the T&P valve, not the tank itself, and those are repairable.
